Returns


Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please fill out return form to request a Return Authorization (RA). We cannot accept returned merchandise without an RA. You must return all items within 30 days of receiving them. The items will be inspected for appropriate resale (not used, original packaging, etc) before the refund is issued. Credits usually take 5-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s). A credit will be issued to the credit card or payment method used for the original purchase.

Exceptions

The following items are not returnable:

• Personalized items (Ex. custom graphics, wheels)
• Items that are used, missing tags or original packaging
• Casual Apparel and Accessories
• Opened or used electronic items
• Close Out Items
• All Casual Apparel and Accessories Sales are Final, no returns will be accepted. All  Non-Current Season 2015 and older   Motocross Apparel are considered  Close Out Items and any other items specified on the website. Returns or Exchanges will NOT be accepted for Close Out items, except when noted. Please read our Terms of Use prior to ordering.
  

Exchanges

Please fill out return/exchange form  to request a Return Authorization (RA). Return the items with a copy of your invoice. Please list Sizes and/or Colors you would like in exchange on the invoice. A shipping fee of $5.99 to $13.99 will be charged to send the new items back to you if they were shipped correctly. Please allow up to 5 business days for exchanges to be processed after receipt of the exchange.

Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns or cancelled orders for International orders.  These fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged, you received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law.
